The Oyster 70 is an elegant and stylish derivative of the successful Oyster 68; however, the beauty of the Oyster 70 is more than skin deep. In addition to stunning looks, the yacht has "proven" performance and seakeeping qualities gained by many tens of thousands of sea miles around the world's oceans. This is a yacht that has already rounded Cape Horn and explored the Patagonian ice cap. It has also won the "Yachting World" trophy for the fastest crossing in the ARC Transatlantic, where an Oyster 68 averaged over 200 miles a day for 14 days, beating some 80 footers.
